Potato Gnocchi

It’s just a typical Sunday!

So what does that mean? PASTA!

Right now I’ve got my pork ribs cooking on the stove, next I start my ground beef and I’m on my way to making my meat sauce.

With a meat sauce that includes pork - I like a nice hearty pasta - on the order of rigatoni, gnocchi, stovepipes, etc. Today - potato gnocchi sound so good!

To make my gnocchi, I’ll boil my potatoes, skin, cool and mash; add flour, egg and salt - done in no time!

I’ll add some homemade garlic butter (no wonder I burn out my mixer motors!) and a lovely salad and it will be just perfect!
